change?!

Here's a thought...

I wonder if anyone can be strong enough mentally to ACTUALLY tell oneself to stop thinking along these lines the moment you become aware that you're telling yourself "i can't believe this/should-have been, etc. etc.".

Truly, the one who remains the most focussed on his/her work and accepts the realities will move ahead faster.
